A gorgeous historic place

Pros: Amazing localization, one street from the beach, and good restaurants. The place is gorgeous, really a boutique place

Cons: Just take care when you do the reservation of the room, some of them have shares bathroom

Wish we stayed more days!

Pros: One of the most cozy places I have ever stayed to. A historical villa with beautifully decorated rooms and lovely details, a tranquil garden, and very friendly staff. The location was amazing as well — just 5 minutes walk from Historical Venice district and beautiful beach right next to the hotel. We checked in early in the morning and missed breakfastm because wanted to have some sleep, but the ladies were so sweet, they kept something for us. It's more like staying at your grandma's home with a beautiful living room and garden. Lovely experience. Wish we stayed more days!

Amazing property, great rooms and delicious homemade breakfasts

Pros: This is such a beautiful property, which is located a stone's throw from Venice Beach. Our room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was well-appointed with a powerful, modern shower. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing information ahead of our stay and organizing a late check-in at short notice. Breakfast is fresh and homemade. We also loved the selection of luxury teas. Parking was good value, located on the property and was very easy to arrange in advance (which is recommended).

Cons: The room didn't have a safe, but otherwise, there wasn't anything we disliked!
