Definitely recommended

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance to the village. Great staff, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Bed was super comfortable. Well stocked lobby with complimentary snacks. We will definitely be back.

Cons: It’s an older property and if you’re staying on the first floor, you may hear those in the room above walking around. We will just be sure to request second floor next time.

Very good experience

Pros: The owner is nice and helpful. Close to Arrowhead Village and stores. The hotel is very clean and the bedroom confortable. We had a beautiful view on the lake from the balcony. Coffee, beverages, snacks and fruits are available 24 hour in the lobby! I recommend this hotel.

Gem of a place with great view!

Pros: Beautiful little spot just a short 5 min walk (no sidewalks beware!) to village. Terrace is wonderful overlooking the lake. Just a few minutes walk to local brewery. Breakfast/snacks/drinks available. Good parking, good internet! We had the room ’la petite 9’ small fridge, coffee maker. Comfy bed, smallish bathroom but fine. Only downside, the fan was loud but did not much good.. very, very hot in room.. It’s a little gem, so recommended!!

Cons: Too hot.. window could not be opened.. no view, only to back of hotel, a little dissapointing…

Pros: so cozy. We had a suite on the second floor with a nice little balcony overlooking the lake. Staff super friendly. snacks available in the lobby/office area where you can get something when you are feeling hungry. Gratis!

Quiet & comfortable, excellent location.

Pros: The location was perfect, right across the street from the village. The room was extremely clean & quiet. Parking was easy.

A great value room within a short walk of the town centre

Pros: Great location, Gail the manager was excellent, super friendly and gave a top recommendation for Coconut Margueritas at Papagayos, they were fab ! Comfy bed, free popcorn and fruit, bagels and coffee always available

Cons: It is what it is, a bit tired but great value.
