Pros: Excellent location. Fantastic atmosphere. Wonderful family running the place. Exceptional rooms. Great food and drink! Will definitely make The Arroyo Inn my go to when in the area.

Pros: This was one of the nicest and beautiful hotels I have ever experienced. Very very nicely equiped. Small hotel, not overcrowded. Very personal and cozy style. Absolutley clean and very kind team.

Very nice bed and breakfast!

Pros: A very cozy and beautiful house on a little hill (quite). We booked without breakfast, so we cant say anyting about that. Our Window was broken, and after we told the owner, they fixed it the same day - very kind!

Pros: Location and vibe. Friendly person at the checkin. Overall a much better experience than similarly priced chain hotels. I truly recommend staying here for visiting the Pasadena area

It was a great spot and you felt like you were in a tree house. Very well setup.

Pros: It was very easy to check in and check out. The bed was super comfortable. The tub in my room was a stand alone tub and you could look out into the trees while you took a bath. Very relaxing.

Cons: I found two live ticks in my room, one in my bed and one in the bathroom.

Pros: It's a very beautiful and cute inn. The cost was also low at this time of the year. The room itself was beautiful. The furniture looked antique. I had a nice balcony. But the one I like the most was the bath tub. Definitely will book this room again just for the bath tub. The room also came with a bath robe amenity.

Cons: Although the self-checkin /check-out was really easy, I feel it de-personalized the experience of going to a B&B. Amenity-wise, no lotion and only plastic disposable cups. I don't know why they just didn't include a real coffee mug or glass in the room. No coffee in the room nor in other places at the inn either. They probably serve it during breakfast, but I checked out before breakfast was served. I think the breakfast is also extra in terms of cost. One can also hear the Metro train. It's not that loud, but just wanted to say that this property isn't that quiet because of the train.

Pros: Nous avons passé une bonne nuit, le Check in tardif était très facile, la chambre est agréable et les environs très vert sont une vraie pause dans l’agitation de la ville. Le petit déjeuner était également très chouette.

Cons: La décoration et les chambres sont dans leur jus mais ça a son charme !
