Cosy stay in Big Bear

Pros: I stayed at cabin #1, it was spacious, clean, and cosy. The property was within walking distance of the Blvd, as well as close to a dog park for my dogs. The wifi connection was decent for video streaming and the kitchen was stocked with the basic needs.

Cute Cabin setup in Big Bear.

Pros: Was a cute little cabin setup. Owner was nice and directed us to our room. Toiletries and Towels were provided. Full kitchen was nice but unused by us.

Pros: I like the lovely staff, husband and wife the woman is so sweet and so is the man on the property.

Cons: What I didn't like is the rudeness of David who is either the owner or the general manager of the other properties that this one owns. He is extremely rude and dismissive. In the middle of talking to him if he doesn't understand you or doesn't like or have the time to talk to you he will literally just hang up on you. He is extremely unprofessional and it is obvious it is never had any customer service jobs in the past. He does not know how to deal with the public at all. They only saving grace of this place and the other properties that they own is the people that live there on staff there the sweetest people.

Pros: I and family were comfortable. Enough. For the price.

A great time in a rustic and quaint little cabin!

Pros: Great facilities, very clean, and had everything I needed. Wonderful staff, helped clear snow behind my car after a storm. Amazing value for the price!

Cons: Room smelled a bit of bug spray, and the heater was off when I arrived. No big deal and not unexpected, but could be improved.

It definitely allowed my son and I to bond more with one another for our first time together on our own in Big Bear.

Pros: It was definitely cabin-like and conveniently close to all the activities we wanted to do.

Pros: The grills, the parking is in front of your cabin. The cabin as well was amazing.
