Sunny Studio in the Heart of Venice Beach - #6

Did like this place, staying here was a pleasure 🫶

Pros: Good apartment with perfect location, has everything you needed, very helpful personal, clean and tidy.

Cons: Window veiw is on the small road, which is quite busy and noisy in the mornings and evenings. But getting used to it quickly.

Great location, affordable and safe.

Pros: The location could not have been better. Easy walkable distances to Abbot Kinney, Venice beach etc. and my favourite spot was Little Lunch, just a few steps away. The apartment itself was cosy and loved the sunshine in the afternoon. I was out most days but it is well equipped with a mini kitchen and full size refrigerator.

Cons: I didn't mind the stairs and actually preferred to be higher than ground level as a woman staying alone but may affect someone who needs accessibility.

Pros: Buena ubicación cerca de la playa , muy cómodo el poder tener parking privado

Cons: Entra algo de luz en la noche y pasa carretera cercana cn algo de ruido

Tolle Lage, super Zimmer, nur zu Laut.

Pros: Unkompliziert, Tolle Lage und super Ausstattung. Vermieter ist sehr bemüht bei Problemen eine Lösung zu finden und kommuniziert direkt und unkompliziert. Kostenloser Parkplatz war ein richtiger Mehrwert.

Cons: Leider sehr laut. Das Zimmer liegt direkt an der Straße, was aber bekannt war. Viel mehr hat gestört, dass man die Gespräche der anderen Bewohner gehört hat. Durch laute Geräusche (Summen) war ein Schlaf nur schwer möglich. Ein Grund war der Kühlschrank, der ausgestellt werden musste.

Great stay and close to everything that is Santa Monica

Pros: Close to beach and added parking made it convenient.

Cons: Fridge needs replacing as freezer not cold enough and fridge noisy all throughout the night. Could have used a few beach towels as I forgot mine.

Tolle Lage, toller Service und hervorragende Kommunikation. Top!

Pros: Es war alles hervorragend organisiert, bis ins Detail. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Parkplatzoption sehr gut vorm Appartment. Ausstattung absolut ausreichend und Kommunikation immer hervorragend. Wenn wieder Venice Beach, dann absolut wieder hier.

Pros: Appartameno stupendo e molto pulito con possibilità di parcheggio

Parfait

Pros: Parfait appartement ultra bien situé pour découvrir Venice Beach à pieds, tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un bon séjour, entrée avec code très pratique pour le check inn et le gros plus, rare à venice, une place de parking devant le logement.

Cons: Une petite déco plus affirmée sera top 👌

Tolle Lage, kurzer Weg zum Golds Gym bzw. Muscle Beach.

Pros: Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, relativ ruhig, obwohl es an der Straße liegt.

Cons: Appartement #6 liegt in der oberen Etage -> Zugang nur über eine lange Treppe, bei schwerem Gepäck lästig.

God location

Pros: It had parking included in the price. The interior was pretty and it was very close to the beach. I recommend it if you want good location.

Cons: The exterior was dirty. There was a lot of garbage around the area
