Pros: Perfect location with a parking space. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Quiet location. Pictures were exactly as we found the unit.

Fantastic days in Venice Beach

Pros: We had a fantastic 4-day stay with the family! The check-in process was super easy and smooth, which we really appreciated after a long journey. Having parking available right in front of the entrance door was incredibly convenient and made coming and going a breeze. The apartment is just a short walk from Venice Beach, which was perfect for us — we enjoyed the location so much. Also, the photos on the listing are 100% accurate — the apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, no surprises! Everything was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We truly recommend this place!

Pros: Clean, spacious, unit, exactly as in pictures. Washer and dryer available on site. Very close to the beach and Abbot Kinney Bvd. Venice and Santa Monica in easy reach too.

Cons: Mattress in bedroom is soft, which might not suit everyone

Pros: Lage direkt (5min) zum Beach, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, TV, Handtücher, süsses kleines Apartment ideal für 2, Parkplatz kostenlos vorm Haus für normal große Autos Ralphs zum Einkaufen nur wenige Autominuten, ausserdem gibt es im Haus eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, ich denke mit Münzen, wir haben es nicht genutzt

Cons: Ein wenig hellhörig besonders für den der im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch schlafen muss. Ein dritter Stuhl zum Esstisch wäre schön.

Toller Stopp für 2 Tage mit sehr kurzen Weg direkt zum Strand.

Pros: Die Wohnung war mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail super eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt, rundum perfekt ausgestattet.

Joli appartement très bien situé

Pros: L’emplacement est vraiment le point fort de cet appartement. À même pas 5 min à pied du front de mer, l’appartement se trouve côté ruelle et non directement sur la route. La place de parking gratuite est vraiment pratique dans ce quartier (attention aux 4x4 et autres modèles xxl ça reste assez exiguë). L’appartement est conforme aux photos, très lumineux et fonctionnel. Le lit est très confortable et le canapé lit est bien pour un enfant. Check in clair et envoyé la veille.

Cons: L’eau chaude avait l’air limitée pour la douche, impossible de tourner le robinet au delà de la moitié. Le propriétaire a bien répondu à notre 1er message lié au Check in mais ensuite plus de réponse pour l’eau chaude par exemple. Le lave linge et sèche linge sont à l’extérieur de l’appartement, ce qui n’était pas précisé lors de la réservation qui datait de plusieurs mois. Payant mais pas cher, il faut juste avoir un stock de quarters.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, estaba limpio y tiene una cocina completa.

Cons: Que te “avisen” que si te dejas las llaves dentro del apartamento al hacer el check-out te cobran 50$.

Pros: Vicinanza alla spiaggia e alla fermata del bus per andare sia a Santa Monica che a Los Angeles

Cons: Poca insonorizzazione delle camere e se capitano degli altri ospiti non rispettosi del silenzio diventa impossibile dormire. Per soggiorni lunghi (2 settimane) non prevedono la pulizia e il cambio lenzuola, dietro nostra insistenza hanno poi accettato di fare una pulizia a metà del soggiorno.
