Stylish Condo By The Beach

Perfect! Can’t wait to come back as soon as possible

Pros: Omg, it’s perfect! The apartment is beyond any expectations. It’s spacious, clean, well equipped and very well maintained. Everything in it works flawlessly, we had nothing to complain about, it has all you need for a great stay. The shower is super comfortable, the cleanliness is extraordinary. It’s very well situated - so close to all tourist attractions. It’s quiet and it even has a small balcony.

Cons: Nothing, really

Pros: I travelled with my partner and we really enjoyed staying in the condo. It is located close to Santa Monica Pier, just a few mins walk and very close to Santa Monica Downtown metro station. Check-in experience was very smooth, we got very precise instructions how to get in and there was no issue. The apartment is modern, clean and very well equipped, it was like our second home for one week. Grocery stores are very close too (Target, Trader Joe's). The host was very kind and responsive. As a bonus, we could also use the gym downstairs in the building. Neighbours and residents are nice, quiet and polite. It feels very safe, only residents/guests get through the date and entry door. I think it would be nice to have a second set of keys, since it was two of us but it was not really a problem. Thank you, I will recommend this place and if we ever return, we will book again :)

Lovely apartment

Pros: Apartment was very quiet. Facilities excellent. Very modern.

Pros: Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Small thoughtful details like cleenex by the bed, dish soap and hand soap by the kitchen sink, generous sizes of schampo, hair rinse and soap in the bathroom. Instant mail response from the apartment distributors when questions.

Perfect accommodation near the pier. Clean, modern and pleasant.

Pros: A fantastic accommodation. The location is absolutely perfect when Santa Monica Pier. Modern apartment where nothing was missing. Clean and fresh. We would love to come back. We traveled father & son so it was perfect that it was possible to make a bed in the living room. Peaceful and quiet area with private parking.

2 night Santa Monica stopover

Pros: Beautiful, clean condo with very safe and secure access. In the heart of Santa Monica. 5 minutes walk to main shopping area and Santa Monica Pier. Safe, secure underground parking with reserved parking area. Lovely bathroom with everything you need supplied. Would highly recommend if you want to stay in this area.

Cons: Nothing I disliked

Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent, very convenient, close to restaurants and santa Monica pier. Also plenty of busses for transportation. The apartment is very confortable, clean, good natural light and furniture. Would completely recommend.

Cons: The building AC wasn't working, that created some heat into the apartment. The owner provided an extra fan and portable AC to compensate and we have a very pleasant stay and could sleep peacefully but in the future the building AC should be fixed.

Nice apartment in Santa Monica

Pros: The host was very responsive. We needed an extra set of keys and her husband delivered it immediately. If there’s anything we needed, she was so prompt to respond. The place had almost everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, large fridge, even extras like coffee, tea, sugars, etc. There’s a nice size living room with sofa (that was large enough to sleep in) and a working desk (or supposedly a dining table for two. There is a comfortable full size bed. Location is right in Santa Monica so easy access to shopping and beach.

Cons: There was no door separating the living room and bedroom as the condo is more like a large studio with a wall separating the living room/kitchen and sleeping area. So it was a bit inconvenient doing my conference calls in the early mornings without disturbing the family members. The location in Santa Monica is great but there is a building next door (Salvation Army) where there were many homeless people congregating. There was a construction going on in the building and opposite and it was quite noisy from 8am!

Pros: Great location, right next to downtown Santa Monica. It’s quiet at night so we could have good sleep as well. The room is very clean, and had everything we need! Great value, I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Santa Monica.
