Pros: Free parking, apartment is clean and comfortable and has all of the kitchen amenities you could want. Close to Santa Monica pier and easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Lovely apartment

Pros: The apartment was clean and very efficient, and I had everything you would want bed were comfy very central for local amenities. Easy to find and a parking space aswell wouldhoghly recommend this apartment only10 mins walking to the peir and shops, 5 mins to the your bus stop great location

Lovely apartment,close to all amenities and good parking.

Pros: The property was well equipped and very close the the pier and boardwalk. The parking was great. Overall a very comfortable stay

Cons: Could do with some more crockery just to accommodate the dishwasher .

Great Location and Convenient Secure Garage Parking!

Pros: We very enjoyed the extremely convenient location of this apartment, with the metro, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The parking garage was excellent. The apartment was very close to downtown Santa Monica and easy to get on and off the freeway.

Cons: The common areas could use a bit more cleanliness.

Tolle Lage in Santa Monica zu einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Pros: Sehr gute Lage in Santa Monica, der Pier und die 3rd Street Promenade sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei. Die Parkgarage ist großzügig.

Cons: Essig und Öl wären toll gewesen.

Pros: La situation proche du pier, la proximité des restaurant, supermarché, le parking, l'équipement de l'appartement, la facilité pour récupérer les clés et trpuver l'appartement et le parking, tout était vraiment très bien!!

Pros: Sehr einfacher Zugang mit Code. Schnelle, einfache Kommunikation. Tiefgarage top. Ruhiges Appartment-Haus. 2. Etage. Lage zur 3. Straße 5 Min und zum Pier/Promenade 10 Min. Eisskating/Weihnachtsmarkt 5 Min (November). Supermärkte 2 Min. Verschiedene Restaurants fussläufig. Ausstattung der Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine. Toaster. 2 Bäder mit ausreichend Handtüchern. WLAN TV. Kleiner Balkon zur Strasse.

Cons: Die Duschkabinen könnten mal erneuert werden. Aber sonst ist die Wohnung wirklich gemütlich.
