Tolles Appartement in Santa Monica

Pros: Lage des Appartements. Sehr schnell in der Fussgängerzone. Ca.10 min zu Fuss zum Pier. Appartement war sehr sauber. Riesige, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten. Die 2 Badezimmer sind super. Toll war, das wir das Auto in der Tiefgarage kostenlos parken konnten. Haben auch die Sonne auf dem kleinen Balkon genossen (keine super Aussicht aber das wussten wir ja gemäss Beschreibung). Wir haben uns spontan für dieses Appartement entschieden und die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert.

Cons: Appartement liegt an einer Hintergasse (Zufahrt Tiefgarage), Am Morgen um 7 Uhr kam 1x Abfallmobil vorbei, was etwas laut war und 1x die Putzmaschine, was auch sehr laut war. Aber nach 10min war der Lärm vorbei.

Nice unit in great location!

Pros: Great location- central and easy to walk to things, nice to have target and trader joes so close by.Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen, great to have 2 baths-excellent space for 3 adults or 2 couples.

Cons: Common space is a bit small and not the most comfortable- more living room seating (even 1 chair) would be helpful. Dining chairs are high and don't match the table height so we couldn't comfortably eat at the table. The alleyway behind the unit is super loud on the morning with delivery trucks, garbage trucks etc- def disturbed us- so definitely bring ear plugs!

Fantastic location, find nicer hosts

Pros: Location, location, location! This was so close to 3rd Street Promenade for restaurants, bars, and shopping. Very spacious place for this location.

Cons: Host communication tone felt very unfriendly, curt and entitled. Almost felt like they didn’t want us to be staying there / annoyed to be interacting with a paying customer. Felt like booking.com reservations were not their primary focus.

דירה חמודה מאוד עם שני חדרי שינה מסודרים קרוב מאוד לחוף סנטה מוניקה.

Pros: דירה יפה מאוד. שני חדרי שינה יפים אחד עם מקלחת ושירותים ובשני מקלחת ושירותים בחוץ. יש מרפסת חמודה אבל ללא שום נוף. מטבח מאובזר מאוד, סלון יפה עם מסך ענק. יש גם חניה טובה מתחת לבניין. למצוא את המפתח הרגיש קצת כמו ב\
