Excellent location, walking distance to the beach and great gym close by very nice neighborhood too.

Pros: We made our own BF and the Kitchen facilities were very good.

Cons: One of my sons found the fan to be inadequate at night time, however he is renound for feeling the heat.

Very nice apartment. Perfect for 5 people.

Pros: Very good localisation - 5-10mins walk to Santa Monica/Venice beach entrance. Perfect contact with owner. Dedicated parking spot in underground paring. Overall we had what we needed for a 5 p. family.

A perfect place to discover Venice

Pros: Very good location, close to Venice Beach. Nice neighborhood, very quiet. The apartment was very big and well equipped, perfect for us, 5 people. Very convenient closed parking lot under the house. Contact person was very helpful and responsive.

Great stay!

Pros: Very spacious, fully functional kitchen and lovely lounge area. Bedrooms were of a good size with a range of sleeping configurations.

Cons: Nothing - it was great.

Pros: It was perfect for our family, spacious and well located. The hosts were very accommodating and provided plenty of information making it easy to gain access to the property. The washer and dryers were a nice bonus too.

Cons: A/C would have been nice but there were plenty of fans to help cool the property.

Enjoying Los Angeles based in Santa Monica

Pros: Large living room, comfortable rooms, free parking in a difficult parking area. Good location to enjoy Santa Monica and easy to access Los Angeles.

Cons: The kitchen and utensils were not very clean, nothing that was too disruptive. But we had to sanitize it.

Nice large apartment with plenty room

Pros: Many rooms available, kitchen and 2 bathrooms was very convenient

Cons: Some furniture and rooms look run down (e.g. bathroom wall, desk and chairs, but this is a matter of compromise between largeness and price-performance. Sometimes the Ara bird from neighbours is annoying (in the morning).
