Perfect Santa Monica vacation spot

Pros: The location is perfect, you can see the beach from the front gate and there are a number of excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment is well fitted out and comfortable. Geoff made sure I had everything I needed for my stay, I would definitely recommend this for a Santa Monica stay.

Pros: The apartment is on the ground floor with a balcony, but it was very quiet. It was very comfortable and close to the beach, with access to a warm pool and a hot jaccuzzi. We had a great time!

Cons: You have to be careful with street parking, we got a ticket after forgetting about street cleaning days. But that's on us!

Clean, comfortable condo in a great Santa Monica location with great communication by the owner.

Pros: Everything in the condo was well labeled and instructions were clear. It felt clean, and comfortable, and was the perfect location for my mom's needs. There is a heated pool which was an added bonus.

Cons: Any issues or questions were addressed promptly. Thank you!

Beautiful condo in a great location with great amenities.

Pros: Love the location and amenities. Walking distance to the beach and downtown Santa Monica. Community was quiet and pool was heated.

Cons: Wish the property had AC but know it’s not super common in the area.

Un rilassante periodo di vacanza, piacevole e molto interessante.

Pros: Mi è piaciuto l'intero alloggio, sia in termini di appartamento (con tutte le comodità) che di spazi comuni (l'area piscina molto bella e piacevole), ma anche la posizione rispetto al mare, la quiete e la sicurezza del quartiere, nonché la presenza di locali interessanti. È stata un'ottima esperienza. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

un merveilleux emplacement pour découvrir LA !

Pros: Tout est parfait ! L'appartement est très propre et la déco chaleureuse. Le lit confortable et la sdb bien agréable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il y a des petites infos un peu partout pour indiquer comment l'appartement fonctionne, c'est très bien vu ! Les fenêtres sont coupent bien le bruit de la rue. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont chauffés ! L'accès en voiture est facile et le parking dans la rue est prévu. Des lave-linges communs sont disponibles en sous-sol et aussi faciles d'accès et de compréhension.

Cons: Tout était parfait !

Lovely condo provides what you need to feel at home while traveling!

Pros: What a great place! The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Great location, and easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The host was very responsive to texts. I would stay here again!

Cons: The street parking was a bit of a challenge, especially if looking for a spot later at night.
