Pros: The property was pristine and the location was great for a night or two in LA. Zee was such a great host and responded to all our questions so quickly even after midnight on the day we arrived.

Great location and comfortable but pics are not of actual unit

Pros: Location very convenient to walk and explore Santa Monica and Venice. Secure parking in basement. Apartment newly redecorated and well furnished.

Cons: Only one key provided so requires coordination with 3 of us staying. Photos of property on Booking do not match the actual apartment which is on the 3rd floor and at the back of the building. I asked a couple times for more photos and they said they would send videos and photos but never did. There is no view of the ocean and with the apartment being on Neilson Way, there was a lot of road noise so we had to keep windows closed at night which got a bit stuffy. No A/C, only heat in bedrooms. We were told our visitors could park in the leasing office parking but a family member got a violation notice one day when visiting.
