Great property in a great location. We’ll be back!

Pros: So clean, conveniently located and av great place for a family.

Cons: Everything was great!

Comfortable middle apt. on 2nd floor of multi-unit apt. building w/ street parking.

Pros: Comfortable unit for my family of five on a 3 night stay. Updated interior and comfy beds. Great coffee! Excellent communication by owner who made sure everything was well during our stay. We had everything we needed and no issues checking in and checking out. Location was good and convenient for us.

Cons: Listing lacked some details. Apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit and is a middle unit on the 2nd floor of a 2 story, 6 or 8 apartment building. We did not see the other residents but be aware it is a multi-unit building and you walk by their front doors on an exterior walkway to get to this apt. Faces another similar apartment block opposite. Main entrance gate has a lockbox and key but we never used it because the gate was always propped open. Washer and dryer are coin-operated and located at the back entrance (dark at night) of the apartment building.

Great location and ample space in a beautiful neighborhood.

Pros: Property was super close to downtown Long Beach, clean, and very comfortable. Definitely recommend to stay here for large groups.

Cons: Some of the games were broken like the fuse ball table. Everything else was perfect.

We had a very positive experience , the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Pros: The apartment was clean and very comfortable . Kitchen had everything we needed to cook even olive oil and coffee was available. Great location walkable to the beach and plenty of restaurants and breakfast places. Our host replied promptly to our questions and made us feel that they were available if needed.

Cons: Everything was to our liking !

Good location, attentive host, nice stay

Pros: The arcade games were the highlight for my kiddos. They loved it.

Cons: Street parking was a nightmare. Circled 20 minutes to find a parking spot.

Pros: My kids loved the amenities that came with the property. The property had a very homey feel.

Cons: Parking was a little chaotic. You definitely need to pay attention to the signs for the street sweeping.

Pros: I loved everything about it! The apartment was so comfy, and my nephews loved the arcade. Felt like home away from home! The beach is just a mile away, plus you have PCH - you are surrounded by cheap gas as well the arco gas and other food and mum and pop shops. We will come and stay here again! Also parking - there is always going to be parking. You just have to search. Sometimes it is on the other side across the street at the end of the block , but people work and leave early, so you will definitely find some parking but always get there early and you will find an easy parking in front of the apartment.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, felt like home away from home.

We enjoyed the apartment definitely kid friendly!

Pros: The property had everything we needed such as cooking supplies, bathroom essentials, entertainment for the kids.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t enjoy was looking for parking.
