Beautiful Guesthouse

Pros: Clean and comfortable apartment in a very quiet neighborhood, with a coffee shop and a grocery store just around the corner. The unit is adjacent to the main property, but the owners/hosts are very discreet and I had full privacy. The unit has a separate gate and path leading to the entrance. It is well equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave in the kitchen, washer and dryer, and a nice, spacious shower. The bed is very comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet, so I slept very. The owners were very accommodating of my request for a late check out, responded to any questions right away, and ensured that the check in and check out process were very smooth.

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Highly convenient and well-organised guesthouse with all the modern ammenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. Efficient and quiet (a rarity in the US) aircon, but in fact we used it very little as the rooms were cool enough themselves most of the time. Parking possibility in a short private driveway, and efficient wifi connection. Good communication with the owner. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood, with a short walking distance to the Ralps supermarket (3-5 minutes), and only a bit longer to the beach (12-15 minutes). Surprisingly reliable and cheap bus connection to the Long Beach centre, from which one can get to downtown LA by metro.

Cons: A bit nervous arrival - I was receiving the 'check-in' info in the last moment while driving the busy highways of the LA metropolis. Part of the fault was on my side, sice earlier on that day I was in the mountains with little phone reception, but I guess the issue can be solved much easier, because it is only the door code that needs to be sent shortly before arrival (by sms). All the other info (also on the parking) could be provided well in advance. Besides, I would add a mosquito net in the bedroom - it is present in every other window, but not there where it is the most needed.

Pros: Looked to be newly renovated with nice flooring, appliances and bathroom. Loved having coffee set up to start the day. Great location and neighborhood.

Cons: Bedroom a little dark but good for sleeping.

Pros: Host is super firendly and helpful. Locaiton is good, rooms are nice and comfortable. Recommended for single or two partner stay.

Pros: Everything! Cozy, clean, private, off-street parking, very friendly owner/manager, great location. We will absolutely stay here again if we can get a reservation! I have a feeling that this place will become more and more popular.

Cons: I really cannot think of a thing that we did not like.

Pros: This is the host that you want in a rental property! When an issue arose, Kim responded immediately, graciously and fairly. The space is remodeled, very clean and perfect for 1-2 people.

Better than most luxury hotels.

Pros: It was perfect! It had everything we needed and then some! Kim was very responsive and quick to respond via messages. Having off street parking was a huge bonus! 10 minutes from the aquarium.

Pros: Comfortable, clean accommodations. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything we needed (our son's apartment, grocery store, park, beach). Well stocked kitchen.

Cons: No real complaints. We enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion ...It would be nice to have a cutting board in the kitchen (maybe we didn't see it)

Pros: This property was cute, cozy & CLEAN!!!!!!!!! It also had EVERYTHING we needed & then some! Additionally, I appreciated the great customer service of Kim. She was truly a doll! Hell yea I would stay here again!
