Pros: New furniture, kitchen and amenities. Everything necessary was available and in perfect condition (wifi, tv, kitchen, washer/dryer) The location is good only if you are having a car, otherwise taking a bus or taxi will take time or money. The neighborhood was quiet and no issues/conflicts/criminal occurred during the stay. You can expect an ice cream truck passing by :). Freeway/highway is not far away to reach any part of the city. Check-in/check-out was easy, friendly and helpful manager.

Cons: Lack of simple chairs to sit on and have a breakfast/dinner near the counter, but maybe it's an American thing:(
