Really nice place in Beverly Hills!
Pros: Perfect location in Beverly Hills, quiet, safe and a very nice neighborhood. A very nice and clean house. I imagine the swimming pool will be perfect for hot weather (we were there in December). The room was small, but comfy, nicely decorated and well equipped. A car is recommend, parking on the street is no problem.

Lovely place in the middle of Beverly Hills
Pros: A great place to stay in the middle of Beverly Hills. We enjoyed the surroundings - felt really safe and quiet over here, especially compared to some other parts of LA. Check in was easy, all listed amenities provided as advertised.
Cons: The room is small but only staying there for a night not a big issue. The room is a bit dated but also, serves the purpose of the overnight stay.

Pros: Amazing location within walking distance of many shops/restaurants etc. Easy parking. The pool was beautiful and the outside space great. I was working from home and wifi was solid and hosts very friendly! We had a great stay.
Cons: Only point to improve is to communicate the parking permit situation in the check in message - given the parking restrictions I was confused on arrival whether it was okay to park/I would need to look for other parking. But a parking permit was provided by the hosts and they communicated this when I called. There was a little bit of noise from neighbouring kids playing but overall an amazing place.

Pros: We are lucky enough that this was our second visit to the property. Amazing location and surroundings, excellent host. This apartment makes you feel special. Lovely coffee shop round the corner. 15-20 minutes walk to central beverly hills. With all the shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking outside. Highly recommended and would love to visit again

Pros: Amazing location, the studio apartment was really comfortable and very clean and had everything you needed. Would highly recommend to my friends and family. Really quiet and relaxing we loved are stay. Excellent communication from the host 10 out 10.
Cons: Nothing can not fault the studio.

Great location small guest house
Pros: The property was in a great location. There was easy to use street parking with a permit provided. The check in process was very easy self check in. The property was clean and had many supplied amenities for the bathroom and the kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The room is very small but we did expect that. It’s a bit tight to fit two people with two suitcases. The shower hot water didn’t last very long which meant a few luke warm showers. There is another guest house close by which can be noisy but we weren’t too bothered by that. This property was a bit expensive for its size and what you get.

Great location
Pros: Great location, safe neighborhood. Only 15 mins walk to center of Rodeo Dr. or Beverly Hills sign. Free parking on the street in front of the house.
Cons: There was no dish soap or sponge to clean the dishes.

Pros: Loved the location, perfect for everything we wanted to do! We were met by one of the hosts when we arrived and they were so kind and helpful. During our stay, we met with another of the hosts as they were checking on the pool. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, and he gave us so many recommendations as to where to go . We followed his advice and had a lovely evening. Would definitely recommend it! Pool was wonderful and really warm, we spent one of our days in there, and it was lovely. Would definitely come back and stay again!
Cons: The only slight downside was that the maisonette isn't quite soundproof, so you can hear pretty much everything going on outside. Luckily, we spent most of our days being out anyway, and by the time we got back, there was nobody else outside, and it was pretty quiet to go to sleep. This really wasn't too much of an issue, though, and we still loved it there!
