The Spanish Hideaway

Pros: Great house with lots of room and everything you need included for a family stay. The location is unbelievable. Easy walking distance to plenty of cafes and restaurants, and the Grove and Beverly Centre. Perfect place to base the family to explore all the tourist attractions around town. The information provided by the property was thorough and easy to understand, check-in, parking, and house amenities all went smoothly.

Enjoyable stay!

Pros: The place was exactly as pictured, such a well presented apartment and very clean. We didn't get to use the outdoor areas unfortunately as it was cold but we found the apartment comfortable and well located. Farmer's market and The Grove mall were close by and had excellent dining choices. The location is in a very safe area of LA and we wished we had booked a longer stay. It was a hard call trying to cover as much attractions as possible but wanting to stay in the apartment to chill and enjoy the space.

Cons: Free parking was available on the outside street. Just read carefully the parking rules!

Pros: Great property with all the necessary amenities. The house is quite big and even has an outdoor terrace. The location is great. The owner was helpful once we had some questions.

Big, lovely place with great location.

Pros: Amazing place. Stayed there for two weeks with a family of four. Felt like a real home. Big place in the Spanish style that is so significant to LA. Well stacked kitchen, nice outside areas, lots of cabinet space. Great location between downtown and the beach. Very quiet street but still within walking distance of 3th street, The Grove and Beverly Connection.

Pros: Location was ideal for us near family and places to walk to around Beverly Grove. Quiet comfortable place to stay.

Pros: Great appartement (complete first floor), very well equipped. Perfect for our family. The location was perfect too, in a quiet street and close to two malls. Good communication with the owner. We can absolutly recommend The Spanish Place!

spacious, comfortable and cosy apartment in Beverly Hills

Pros: The house was very cosy and comfortable. quiet and good neighbourhood, close to sights and shops. 2 Nice bedrooms with good beds. the kitchen was well equiped. there are 2 outside balconies where you can have dinner or drinks. the living room is nicely decorated and spacious. good responsive host.

Enchantingly amazing residence, perfect location, wonderful host.

Pros: The home is stunning, spotlessly clean, has all the in-house amenities one could ask for, and the location is perfect! A short and leisurely stroll to a hub of quality activity will see you relaxing in Beverly Hills or an evening at home in front of Netflix is always on call. Loved it.

Better than I expected !

Pros: The location was more than perfect for our first trip to LA! Felt super safe and was not super far from anything we were in search of (especially during brunch time). Beautiful property as well with really comfy beds and couches.

Cons: Would have liked the terrace areas to be a little more clean just because they had a lot of big spider webs running from the roof to the tables. That made it impossible to hang out there at times.
