Excellent family friendly resort, close to everything Big Bear Lake has to offer

Pros: World mark was a pleasant surprise at the end of our 3 week long trip. The facilities were excellent, the unit was well appointed and clean and the beds were comfy.

Cons: Our only issue was check in was very late and check out very early. Only time share holders are able to alter these times.

Excellent vacation spot.

Pros: The location was great, the grounds were nice, the staff was wonderful. Spacious unit and parking near front door.

Cons: The facilities like gym and hot tub could stay open to midnight. I felt forced to go to bed early on my vacation. There could be more cookware in the kitchen, tools to make food were limited. A smart TV would have been nice for streaming. There was nothing to watch on cable so that should be modernized.
