Overall it’s a nice place for taking a stay.

Pros: It’s cozy and clean, rooms, bed and floors are clean, as well as the kitchenwares. The surroundings are nice too, many facilities provided.

Cons: The cushion of one stand-alone chair has sunken caused uncomfortable when sitting.

Would love to have more time here to explore, so picturesque. Would be gorgeous in summer too

Great place to stay in lovely sorroundings of Big Bear Lake. Great value for money

Pros: Nicely furnished, clean houses. I really liked fireplace in the room (with gas installation - but looking very authentic)

Cons: If something is closed (e. g. swimming pool) - a kind of compensation would be ok. We paid for it after all. Also we haven’t had a chance to meet anyone from the staff in person- everything was done remotely. Entire process was very smooth, but some “hello” from a human-host in these remote times would be appreciated.

Great experience and I will visit again.

Pros: The lodge was amazing. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Easy to check in and out. There was a sense of community and a wonderful pool. There was lake access and kayaks to use. Bikes to borrow and games to play. Great time to on the property. Great location too.

Cons: The refrigerators were not very cold. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. They were all different and it was a luck of the draw who hot a horrible mattress and would get a rock. It would be nice to have AC for the summer. But it was okay. There were plenty of fans in the rooms.

A magical oasis that will feel your forest bathing needs.

Pros: The environment of the whole property was so relaxing. The rooms were super cozy, I love the folk music playing throughout, the fire pits, the smell of the trees, everything was so beautiful.

Cons: the bathrooms are super tiny, and the towels were really small. There was no place to put any soap or bottles in the shower except on the ground.

Excellent place that I can’t wait to stay at again.

Pros: Moon was great and everything looks awesome. The design of the rooms has a very hip campy vibe to it. And the outside common areas are cozy, well designed, and very relaxing. This is one of the best places to stay in big bear.

Cons: I ran into a coyote digging through the trash and chased it out of the camp. A bit annoying but nothing against noon itself. The bathrooms are a bit small, so be prepared to get comfortable when taking a shower.

Pros: The property was clean, easy access and lovely decoration.

Cons: I think it was way to expensive for what it was, but it was better than same price hotels in the area.
