Pros: the customer service is quick and efficient and simple their respectful and polite

Cons: my room didn't come with clothes iron I would have liked that cuz I often iron my clothes although I didn't ask them at the front desk if they had one available I guess I could have done that too

Pros: Great staff member made my trip great. Can't remember his name but he was in his 60's

Cons: Lack of a security guard...lots of homeless in the area.

Its a really nice stay for a good value. Will definitely stay here again🙌

Pros: The staff was very nice, patient, and even worked with me while I had an issue with my booking. The lobby Vending Machines had card readers and accepted Apple Pay. So you dont have to run to the store to grab what your craving. The rooms were way bigger than they seemed, and they gave a cozy modern vibe. I also liked their cable with on demand. Its not Netflix but you can watch live tv and stream movies, anime, and tv shows. So you can still binge your favorite shows.

Cons: The restrooms didnt have locks but not a big issue.

Pros: I love how there's a lil kitchen and the cable channels etc pretty big room and as long as everything is out by check out they always give u back the deposit.

Cons: I didn't know they have blue towels u could ask for if u ever happen to want to clean up a mess in ur room. If u use the white towels n u make them black they will pull it from ur deposit. Although the house cleaning lady will try to remove it before they actually take ur money. F y.i. so at least their fair.

It was comfortable located near the freeway. Would stay here again. Good for the price

Pros: Not enough parking.., Microwave didn’t work. And needs more light in the room.. however, beds were comfortable staff was great

Pros: La zona muy tranquila, centros comerciales y restaurantes cerca.

This hotel did its job. My cousin & her daughter were able to rest comfortably in their room.

Pros: I like that it was close to our place and that it was affordable.

Cons: Some of the electrical sockets don’t work. The hair dryer was broken.

Pros: Amabilité du personnel, la situation 10min du Pomona swap meet, propreté de la chambre, confort, café offert, très grande piscine et jacuzzi, calme

Personnels accueillant,même si notre anglais est pas fameux,eux font l’effort de nous comprendre.

Pros: Tranquillité. Parfait pour faire un stop d’une nuit.

Cons: Différents commerces pas loin,même pour se restaurer.
