Great stay, happy that I booked there instead of somewhere else.

Pros: Updated exterior paint... Looking great now. Same as my last visit, great comfort, clean, spacious rooms, superior mattresses. My son was very happy about how good he slept. The floor is not carpet which really helps if you have allergies.

Cons: Towels.... are very rough. After a full day at the beach it's painful to dry up with them. Housekeeping, small things: no replenishment of bar soaps or shampoos and they were missing the complimentary coffee cups (awsome coffee by the way) and cups. l know it is very minimal stuff but I think there is room for improvement. Other than that, everything else was superb.

Cons: Coffee maker or kettle should be in a room for morning coffee, tea or oatmeal, etc.

Got exactly what I saw online. Happy with the cost to value ratio.

Pros: Location was close to a friend we were visiting. The pictures online and the room we got were consistent. The beds were newer and comfortable (have had worse at much more expensive hotels). Parking was free.

Cons: The only real complaint I have is that the air conditioner was really loud and kicked on and off every couple minutes through the night. Had my stay been longer, I would have asked to have them look at it (or done more fiddling with the settings myself) but we were only there for a couple nights so it wasn't the biggest issue in the world. And if that's my only complaint, they did a good job!
