Pros: Facilities in good condition. Private bathrooms plus shared kitchen is good value for the money. Accessible lockers outside is really helpful for flexible checkin and checkou

Cons: The pots, pans, knives in the kitchen were super beat up and almost unusable.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. The property was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The process from check in to check out was pretty seamless and the host/staff were great.

Cons: No complaints. Just one thing to keep in mind if you don’t have a car and will be using Ubers etc - the property is a little tricky to get to. In our experience it helps to request the ride at the back of the property (where you’ll be picked up) as it provides a more accurate pick up location.

Amazing !

Pros: The property is in a really good location, great terrace and handy to have washing machines on site! The shared kitchen was great for longer stays where you wouldn’t be eating out every night. The facilities in the room was good - small fridge, sink and great bathroom.

Cons: Just minor things such as a light fixture missing from my room, the locks would sometimes not lock/unlock on the first try but I always got in in the end! Staff weren’t responsive on the app and instructions to enter the property were unclear

Great place to feel like a local

Pros: Design of property and felt like a local staying here

Cons: Hard to find parking nearby, dark outside house and homeless people around but no one disturbed us and actually helped us find the way so no biggie.

Pros: Quiet, clean, comfortable, modern. Very nice place.

Cons: Noone available by phone. Lovely room, only needs a couple more welcoming touched to complete the wonderful picture - eg some more tea/coffee offerings & some milk in the fridge, even just long-life carton or some creamers.

LA cozy stay

Pros: Location incredible to live the city. The facility is brand new and modern. The common areas are very big and cozy. We also had a kitchen in our room that we didn’t expect to have and was very handy. Everything is very automatic in the building so didn’t meet the staff but always found our room clean and organised at our come back. Would definitely stay again. Easy also to park around in public spots.

Nice place

Pros: The position is in the nice Angelino Heights neighbourhood, near Echo Park. The house is recently renewed.

Cons: The absence of the staff, in the sense that I try to chat with them and nobody answered via the Booking app. But everything worked fine.

Beautiful nesting spot to exploring LA from

Pros: fantastically clean and tastefully decorated, very quiet neighbourhood ideal for escaping home to after a busy day exploring LA, great proximity to echo park lake

Cons: Bath mats would be a good addition

Highly recommend the rooms for couples or people travelling alone. Excellent service and location

Pros: Excellent location and beautiful rooms. Great communal area, would be suitable for groups of couples to book multiple rooms and be able to hang out as well

Cons: It wasn't obvious how to email to contact the property when booking through booking.com, when I had a small query (the lock on my balcony door was broken)

A well located, clean and easy place to stay in East LA.

Pros: Our stay at Noon on Sunset Hill was seamless. The property was clean, fantastically located and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We would recommend this highly to anyone else looking else to stay in LA.
