Pros: The lady at the kitchen is really hardworking! Breakfast was good, happy it was included! Location is good, bus stop is close!

Cons: Staff at the front desk not too friendly! Soft drink machine takes your money but dont give you drink, not refunded either.

Comfortable beds, nice rooms, lovely staff

Pros: The beds were comfortable, the staff were lovely, and the location was good. Easy access to public transport to get down to Santa Monica beach.

Cons: The breakfast was mostly gluten based, which was a bit difficult for a celiac like me.

Pros: My experience at the hotel was wonderful! The check-in process was fast and easy, which made for a great start to our stay. People working there are super friendly and always ready to help. The hostel and rooms are clean. I've had a great time and really recommend staying here.

Great location, helpful staff and rooms very comfortable.

Pros: It was a great location . Close to transportation links and also convenient for downtown Santa Monica. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: Breakfast was very basic. Water pressure was not very good.

Pros: breakfast was very complete, with different options every day, wich made it better than the regular ones offered by chain hotels. bed and heating were perfect too

Cons: They charge you extra for parking, in LA where you need a car, it should be included already.

Pros: The inn was clean, and the service staff were pleasant and easy to work with, especially Michael, who received us very warmly and responded promptly and efficiently to all our requests. I asked for a late checkout from one of the rooms, and they left no stone upturned to ensure I got what I needed. Breakfast was very delicious with a decent variety of pastries, cereals, and fruits. I highly recommend this inn. My children loved it!

Good hotel in nice neighborhood

Pros: Good location. Nice neighborhood. Good complimentary breakfast.

Cons: Free parking is not free anymore. It costs $10 per day. There was no free parking spot for us and we were forced to park the car on the street.

Pros: Decent enough breakfast, good location right near buses and not too far from e line train . Not too far to walk to food shops or fast food

Cons: Probably a bit overpriced considering it's about 3 miles in from SM pier. Told me they needed a cash deposit which they didnt
