Pros: Pleasant staff. Great location and value. The beds are really soft and cozy?

Cons: Parking is tight. The walls are thin.

Pros: The hotel is well situated in Carpinteria, close to the downtown part. It was clean and very comfortable in the room. They even give you a little free breakfast in the morning (tea/coffee and bagel/toast/cereal). All rooms are on ground level.

Cons: Most rooms had parking spots just outside of them. However, for our room (between reception and the road), we had to park just across the lot.

Pros: Hairdryer inkluded and very clean bed and bathroom. Also a second bed was in the room additionally

Cons: Wifi didn’t work

Pros: Staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful. The room was quaint, comfy, and just far enough away from the busyness of the beach.

Cons: I could hear a lot of surrounding sounds. I was told the breakfast was at 7 but it opened later. Though I was only bummed because I needed my coffee!

Pros: It's a good place. Very comfortable bed to sleep and room is great too. Breakfast was really good. Shopping center very close to the hotel.

Cons: Small reception and place to eat breakfast.

Pros: Cute little motel. Rooms and restrooms were small & but it worked

Cons: Odd set up in the king suite. But it is an older motel.

Pros: Clean, pretty, good location and they have an ev charger.

Cons: Wifi did not work

A nice place to stay that is close to so many things in the area.

Pros: Clean, quiet, walk to town, comfortable beds, breakfast

Pros: I loved the bathroom had a jetted bathtub!!! That was magical!!! I liked the ambient light and the lil gardens and the flowers and succulents... The old Spanish style design...I love that it is pet friendly...

Cons: I didn't like that it appeared there might be long term tenants
