Good & Clean hotel

Pros: spacious room with good infrastructure clean hotel

Cons: breakfast few commerce close to the hotel

Very nice and clean place to stay

Pros: Shower has everything I needed,room was very clean,beds were very comfy, we used the gym, is open24/7 everything was good overall

Cons: THE ELEVATORS!!!!! so noisy sometimes feels like its gonna get stuck and a single bottle of water $7 !!!!!! luckily walmart is very close so we get a 40 pack for that same price

A welcome relief for two weary travellers.

Pros: The hotel was very well situated, being just off the i-5 Highway. The hotel bar was a welcome amenity and Michael was a good host. The on-site laundry room was just what we needed after having been on the road for a couple of weeks.

Cons: Nothing. We didn’t do breakfast - our choice. Price was at the top end of our budget.

Pros: Very clean, friendly/helpful staff, nice spacious rooms.

Cons: Shower not the greatest, high bathtub with little water pressure.

Pros: Room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Much nicer than your Embassy neighbor.

The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel was very nice. I would stay there again.

Pros: Very clean facilities. Very nice hotel with an excellent location to nearby attractions.

Cons: Charging to park (my fee was waived due to my first visit). But the hotel room price wasn’t cheap. There were plenty of spaces to park and a guest should not be charged for that in my opinion.

Pros: Staff were amazing. They provide bottled water and Milano cookies upon check in. Room was spacious and clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. The vouches take forever to order from and they are confusing.Everything has to be hand punched in by the barista and the line was long. You can't customize anything so not great for allergies. Ordering from a coffee shop isn't my idea of a \

Cons: The breakfast needs a major re-do. Too complicated and too much work for the barista to have to type in all the orders. You need a buffet style breakfast where people can pick and choose what they want.

Nice but noisy

Pros: Looks news. Bed was comfortable and shower was great.

Cons: Noisy! Road noise from freeway and road behind the hotel.

Close to Magic Mountain, not wildly expensive, good customer service

Pros: The location was great, very close to Magic Mountain. Despite booking.com completely failing to notify the hotel about a date change request made two weeks prior, the man at the customer service desk helpfully provided their support number, gave me advice on how to fix it, waited for me to make the call to the third party, and immediately got us into our accommodations when the call was over. The Marriott itself gets 5 stars for customer service, booking.com gets zero.

Cons: The AC unit was very effective, but very loud when it turned on and off at night so I did wake up several times throughout the night. My main complaint is not with the hotel, but with booking.com itself, who failed to notify the hotel that I had input a change date request, despite sending me two confirmation emails that everything was changed and settled. I'm not sure if this review is being posted just for the hotel or also for booking.com, but if it's just for the hotel, ignore all this bit and just read the AC part.
