Lovely would stay again

Pros: Staff were lovely and let us check in earlier than we originally booked. Beautiful looking and the suit was stunning. Breakfast was great!!!

Pros: Our family of 5 loved our suite. We came here for Six Flags Magic Mountain but the park was closed due to inclement weather both days we had planned to go, meaning that we spent a lot of time in our room! We really appreciated the space and the full kitchen. Did some laundry too - the machines were reasonably priced. Awesome breakfast in a nice dining area. Friendly staff.

Pros: Location was perfect close to everything. Nice and quiet friendly staff. Clean rooms, bed was extremely uncomfortable but overall great place and dog friendly. Pool was nice a bit cold definitely not a heated pool and it was not an indoor pool as advertised on website. Parking was easy.

Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable. Super soft my 5month old baby was sunk in the bed. Springs were completely shot.

Pros: Hotel was new and clean. Good american breakfast with warm options too. Friendly staff. Big rooms with full kitchen. Good amenities with a pool and a fitness center.

Check in not so pleasant, room was great!

Pros: We enjoyed the layout of the room. It was spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. The breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately upon checking in, the computer system was down throughout Hilton properties. This was the second time this has happened to me while checking in to a Hilton hotel. I think I deserve some extra Hilton Honor Points!

Cons: Not being able to check in when I arrived. The staff guaranteed that we had a room but didn't know which one. It was 2-3 hours before we were notified that the room was ready.

The stay was comfortable

Pros: The room is very spacious, the bed comfortable. The free breakfast is ok.

Cons: We tried to check out at about 8AM but the receptionist was nowhere to be found. We asked the help of the maintenance since we have an appointment at 9AM. The receptionist arrived at about 8:30AM.
