Courtyard Los Angeles Torrance/Palos Verdes

A safe, relaxing property in a great location.

Pros: This is a beautiful, relaxing property in a great location. I've stayed here a few times while visiting family and i feel safe on the property.

Do some soul searching for your clients. Marketing is a great tool, not just renovation.

Pros: This location does not provide a complementary breakfast. You even have to pay for a cup of coffee. It would be nice if they had a 24 hr coffee station as do many hotels. However, the rooms are modern and updated. The walk in shower is excellent.

Cons: The nightly rate is $199.00, and in my opinion it's extremely high for just a room with no amenities. In my previous stays with this hotel the rate was much lower. If you're going to charge that rate, give your customers a little consideration with some amenities. Additionally, the restaurant kisok needs to remove the Guacamole from the salad. It goes bad after several hours of standing. I believe it made me sick at 2am that morning.

Clean and professional, comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Well maintained and staff always happy to help with anything needed.

Cons: Would love a quarter machine or alternative form of payment accepted for the guest laundry.

Pros: Todo limpio y ordenado. La habitación con todo lo necesario para disfrutar. Lo unico que si faltaba eran más opciones de comida dentro del hotel, pero en el perimetro hay restaurantes para comer.

Cons: La poca disponibilidad de opciones de comida. Todo lo demás super.

It was excellent

Pros: No complementary breskfast. But its fine. I Like the most is the room very clean especially the linen its smells fresh clean.

Cons: None

Overall the stay was nice.

Pros: There was only a Starbucks within the hotel. It was a little pricey. However, the food was good.

Pleasant and comfortable

Pros: Prime location and the room was great! Very clean, and plenty of parking. My husband and I were very pleased and will definitely return.

Gutes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Solides Hotel, das Frühstück war sehr gut (ich hatte z.B. eine Chinoa Bowl und Müsli mit Früchten), das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden und die Lage ist sehr ruhig.

Cons: Kein Safe im Zimmer, ungewöhnlich, dass man das Frühstück erstmal durch eine virtuelle Bezahlung aufs Zimmer buchen muss (Dollar-Betrag) und dies dann bei entsprechender Buchung bei Abreise nicht berechnet wird. Habe ich noch nicht erlebt aber hat dann am Ende geklappt.

Great hotel, very clean and helpful staff.

Pros: My room was spacious and clean, the areas throughout the hotel are all well kept.

Cons: The door lock wasn’t working well but the staff helped me, apparently there’s a trick to it.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel. Felt safe at the parking lot. The area was brightly lit .

Pros: The location was close to the South Coast Botanical Garden where my daughter was getting married. The Kings Hawaiian Bakery and Restaurant was right across the hotel . They had a pool and a gym and an outdoor area with a fire pit. The staff were friendly especially our housekeeper on the second floor. Very helpful.

Cons: There was no adequate lighting. Other than that we were extremely satisfied.
