Pros: Friendly staff, clean, plenty of food options near by.

Cons: The ice machine did not seem to work.

Pros: It was near a lot of shops and like 15-20 min driving to Citadel Outlets

Cons: It’s sketchy at night, the neighborhood is not so safe, homeless ppl walking inside the parking lot and sketchy drunk ppl yelling outside the door.

Pros: Like it a lot only problem that I had was because I am a housekeeper supervisor at a hotel facility and the first thing I noticed was that the sheets were dirty I went to the front and asked them to change the sheets. They did not change the sheets, but it’s OK because I ended up going to the store buying sheets so that me and my husband can sleep on other than that it was great. It was worth it what I say again most definitely.

Great stay with excellent customer service and a smooth, comfortable experience.

Pros: The stay was great overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Maggie, who truly went above and beyond. She upgraded our room when no two-bed rooms were available and made sure we were taken care of.

Cons: No complaints at all.
