Pros: Didn't have a lot of undesireable people hanging around the area

Cons: I checked in with 3 people there was only enough towels/wash cloths for 2 people. The check in day I went and got some more towels from the front office, the additional 2 days when the maids cleaned the room they only left enough towels/wash cloths for 2 people.

Amazing for the price, visibible renovations addressed my concerns!

Pros: I liked how the room didn't have cracks as some of the other reviews mentioned. The walls seemed freshly painted, the bed didn't have signs of bugs, and the overall room seemed cleaner than what the price would suggest.

Cons: I didn't like how the bathroom light switch was outside of the bathroom. I did not like how the shower took long to reach hot water and that the temp control was switched (cold gave hot water, hot gave cold water).

Pros: I come here often when I am visiting Santa Ana. Its a great stay and there is aplenty to dine at and do at the Westfield mall. Its also next to the Discoverry cube so its perfectr if your visiting with family. Thanks for the stay!

Cons: Nothing I didn't like, staff is great and checking in is fast always. Also very friendly. (:
