Pros: Breakfast was good. I’m sure, we only had coffee and toast.

Cons: Our bed was a little hard for us, but everything was good. We have family that lived in the area. That’s why we stayed there. Thank you.

I really enjoyed staying there and I hope to come back again! again!

Pros: The friendly and helpful staff, Resolved my issue immediately regarding the light fixture and the shower head. Clean room. My room had a nice view of the swimming pool! Delicious breakfast! I loved the location and walking distance to the Shops of Montebello and public transportation!

even though there were a few things I didn't like I would say here again

Pros: it was nice. rooms were clean and the breakfast was good I was not expecting much. but I did enjoy it. the gym was small but the weights and equipment was nice. the pool was nice even tho it was a little on the cold side. the hot tub was nice as well. Also the curtains were great I over sleep and didn't even know it

Cons: So it not only this hotel its like the last 6 place I've stayed at. the pillows suck. I just will never understand why they cant get this right. the bed was a little hard the hard side, but what I really didn't like was to $10,00 i had to pay to park my car there. I think that is B.S.

Pros: Of all the choices we picked Fairfield in Rosemead because of its location and cleanliness. The great customer service.

Cons: We didn’t like we didn’t really have an option of checking in early to refresh before our event.

Overall, an enjoyable weekend stay: comfortable, clean environment with minor tolerable flaws.

Pros: Check in attendant upgraded our room as a courtesy for not fulfilling our special request for anniversary celebrations. The entire building was kept clean and maintained. The complimentary breakfast had a decent selection with dietary accommodations for me.

Cons: The shower head water pressure was quite weak but usable and not a dealbreaker. There was also a daily $10 parking fee despite already paying for the room and access to the facility. Free wifi terms were not clear that only the basic internet (web browsing, emails) was free. I unknowingly paid $4.95 each night for the high speed internet.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff! The television wasn’t working and a staff member quickly came up to fix it. I was very pleased with my stay here. Breakfast was delicious, the hotel was very well maintained.

Pros: · The bathroom was very clean and I liked their towels. · The bedroom looked pretty clean · Although didn't get the chance to use it, the fitness center seemed pretty well kept and even had a small corner with a large mirror that I could see myself dance at 👍

Cons: Maybe my only complaint would be the A/C, even at the lowest setting, is still quite loud, but still managed to sleep through it.
