Park Plaza Lodge

Great location plus Great hotel.

Pros: The location,the amenities,the staff everything is wonderful in this hotel and the parking is very helpful.

Cons: I haven't seen anything bad, some people complain about the noise but I have slept without problems all the nights.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Lodge! The room was beautiful and the staff was excellent!

Pros: Perfect location, beautiful room, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff was very professional and friendly. I will definitely stay again in this hotel next time! Ah, also, the cafe next door to the hotel makes delicious food!

Perfect location with great staff

Pros: The staff were accommodating and arranged transportation for us. They also suggested nearby popular spots to visit. The location is excellent. Leaking distance to CVS, Whole Foods, The Grove, and Farmer's Market. They do not offer breakfast but there is a Cafe beside the hotel. Perfect!

Cons: Building is bit old but newly renovated.

SECOND STAY

Pros: Our second stay at Park Plaza Lodge and this time we were downstairs near the Reception which was very convenient for my 84 year old Mum who was allocated the room right next door as requested. Mum's room had a sliding door to the bathroom and a completely walk-in shower which she appreciated. Comfortable bed, room safe, good storage and a mini fridge. We had two comfortable armchairs which faced the television, Mum's room had a dining table and two chairs plus a couch. The free parking at the rear is also convenient and since our last visit security gates have been installed which is great. Reception staff were very helpful too.

Cons: Mum's room had nowhere at all to put toiletries so she used the dining table just outside the bathroom. Our bathroom had a small cupboard under the sink which worked fine but we didn't like the partial screen on the shower as the water splashed out no matter how we oriented ourselves (our last room had a full sliding door which was much better) - the reason we marked down just a little. The bathroom door also hit the toilet seat but that wasn't an issue for us.

Pros: Nice hotel Enjoyed stay , They have good free parking space inside and outside of the hotel.

Cons: Hotel has only Ground and 1st floor but they dont have lift for to reach first floor you need to take stairs picking up your bags.

Pros: Good hotel. When I was staying there, a lot of renovations were happening so an afternoon nap was impossible. They provided ear plugs so that was nice! Overall for the price it was a good deal

Pros: Location was great, close to grove and an easy uber into Beverly Hills

Excellent staff!

Pros: The staff are really the shining stars of this hotel. They are so incredibly kind and friendly, and in our case understanding, it really brightened our every day. My partner is very sensitive to noise and privacy, and the hotel was so kind to allow us to visit a couple options and they checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They also went out of their way to help us plan our day and offer great suggestions of places to go. The hotel itself is really nicely decorated with big comfortable rooms and parking is an absolute plus. The area is clean, pretty and feels safe, with easy access to so many activities, although not much by walking. The breakfast next door was really yummy and as a hotel guest they offer a discount.

Cons: There is little I can fault with this hotel, we had a great stay. One suggestion would be more available plugs next to the bed.
