Everything was great, service was excellent!

Pros: The location of the hotel was good, in a good zone and convenient to move around. The room was of very good size and comfortable. I liked that the shower/toilet was hidden from the room.

Great 5 nights at the SLS.

Pros: The property is stunning and in a good location in Beverly Hills. The room was amazing however only thing, the beds were small.

Fun design hotel with Exceptional staff!

Pros: From the moment we arrived early in the morning to the time we left having to change plans due to the imminent arrival of Hurricane Hilary, the staff were accomodating and exceptional. Every single staff member we dealt with from reception, car service, valet and concierge were the best we have encountered. After we left the SLS, We travelled to another hotel in your group and have been disappointed at every touch point - from the cleanliness of the rooms to every interaction with staff members. I would highly recommend SLS purely on your staff. Thank you.

Cons: Shower over bath is annoying - I had requested a walk in shower as we always find the showers over baths flood. Didn’t want to cause a fuss since staff had been so kind to let us in to our room early due to our arrive after a long haul flight from Australia.

Switzerland 🇨🇭

Pros: Beautiful room, great size, awesome bathroom and nice decor. All the staff were very friendly.

Cons: The bathmats were all frayed - not what you expect of such a property. There was a union strike outside whilst we were there. Certainly not the hotel‘s fault but their contingency plan was so la la as our room was not cleaned very well and bed not made well either.
