Pros: Shuttle to/from LAX. Room structure. Comfort level. Noise level.

Cons: Breakfast not included, and available at a high price, from my point of view -- with a Starbucks very close, the hotel could compete. The return of the deposit to my debit card did not happen until now -- 28 days after the one-night stay.

Pros: Close to the airport and restaurants. Shuttle was on time. Super comfy bed

Cons: Not the hotel itself, but it did smell a little too much like weed in the airport

Pros: We have read a lot of reviews before we chose this hotel, for first place was is a convenient fast shuttle service after and before long trip, shuttle service was great, we didn’t wait more than 5 minutes

Cons: Key’s cards doesn’t work, every time when we left our room, we couldn’t open our room ( Too big line to check-in( After a long trip from Europe it took take about 30 minutes to check-in

My staying at this particular property was more positive than not, and I'd book again if my initial

Pros: ...quiet floor 24/7 for two days/nights stay. ...wonderful ambience in the room via the framed water colored paintings, and the overall atmosphere from room to expansive dining and social areas.

Cons: During early morning check out, have at least two individuals working the check-in/check-out desk. This became a slight problem for me in my obtaining the airporter: I missed two buses while waiting to check out, for someone was checking in, and it took far too, too much time from my perspective.

Hotel was wonderful. The best on my trip and at a excellent pric

Pros: The room was awesome! Very clean and d with modern touches. Bed was super comfortable. I liked that when I walked in the TV had a “Welcome Michael” message fore. The restaurant was great too. I had the Austin Street Tacos and they were excellent.

Cons: The shuttle to the airport was to run every half hour but we had to wait 45 extra minutes for the first shuttle to finally arrive- full of people. In fact I was the only one able to get on. The rest of the people had to wait for who knows how long for the next shuttle to arrive. Recommend a ride share instead.
