Luxurious ending to a very busy vacation. The best way to end a long road trip

Pros: Staff were exceptionally good and also was the food, locations was spot on as well.

Cons: We were sold breakfast with the room on booking.com but when we checked in the reception team said they don’t do breakfast with the room, so we had to buy breakfast in the morning. We have also not received our holding fee back. Showers need updating.

Disappointing

Pros: Great location on the marina and easy to navigate to surrounding areas to explore. Wonderful Marina view terrace which we used in the evening for dinner and morning for breakfast.

Cons: Our room was very basic and dated with an un hoovered carpet upon check in.

My favorite place in LA

Pros: Location perfect for my stay. Breakfast is a la carte with good options, service was great. View of the marina from the room was nice to wake up to.

Cons: Parking was 63$ per night - with tip close to 70$. I felt that was really overpriced and it is not possible to self-park at hotel. There is, however, a public parking across the street where you can park for 24 hours ( and unlimited in-and-out) for 10$.

Lovely place to stay, I can see why it is a hit with the sports stars! Will defiantly stay again…

Pros: The staff were great. They could not do enough for you and made your stay they very best it could be. Will be back for sure! Daniel who managed the pool area was fantastic!

Cons: This is a Ritz Carlton and it could do with some updating and make sure the place has the penaz that the brand proposes…

Pros: The property was beautiful. The amenities excellent, as was the food and the service we received from the staff exceeded our expectations every time we came into contact with them.
