Pros: Great location, in proximity to a mall plaza, restaurants and easy access to free ways and down the road from Huntington Beach. Staff are super helpful and friendly and the room service team did a great job keeping our room feel fresh and like home. Felt safe within the facility and area and the microwave was a great addition.

Cons: Our shower head pressure was quite weak and didn’t spread properly so it took longer to shower, was sad to not have a safe but kept things in my luggage, I think there could’ve been a bit more of a variety to the breakfast it but had everything you needed. Other than that it it’s a strong long term stay.

A busy location

Awesome stay in Orange County!

Pros: The room was very nice and comfortable. I especially liked the bed, it's super comfy with soft pillows. I liked having a smart tv and big couch which could also be used as a sofa bed. The bathroom and shower were very big and spacious, really enjoyed that. The room was amazing overall. I also liked that they had snacks, medicine and water available to buy, sometimes you just forget something and don't feel like going out to the shops. I had a late checkout on the last day and the receptionists were more than happy to take care of my luggages while I was out exploring.

Cons: There was one day where the room wasn't cleaned properly. The bins were emptied however the rest of the room was left undone. It could have been by mistake but I was looking forward to coming back to a clean room. The window couldn't be fully opened, I assume maybe because the room was on the ground floor and people could have access from outside. The problem is it gets stuffy with the fitted carpeting so being able to open the window would help with air circulation. Breakfast was mostly good, although some days it seemed like there wasn't a lot of food variety.

Comfortable place to stay with a great location just a 15 minute drive to Huntington Beach.

Pros: The room was large and comfortable, and the beds were great. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute drive to Huntington Beach. There is a cute outdoor shopping mall across the street from the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of outdoor parking. Parking is 10 USD per night, which is cheap compared to other hotels/locations where you can pay 40 USD per night.

Cons: The breakfast was very basic for our taste. It would be nice to add vegan alternatives. The shower was not well cleaned; we found hair from the previous guest on it. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days, which was not a problem for us, but it would be nice to clean the trash every day.

wonderful time at the beach with easy parking and centrally located.

Pros: great entrance and parking was easy to find and park my car. I was greeted kindly at the front desk and checked in without complications, the room was very spacious and I loved the high ceilings!

Cons: Wish they had a restaurant or kitchen at the facility.

Pros: breakfast was sufficient. when i came through one time one was at the front desk around 10:00am, also for some reason at the time the auto front door would not open.

Pros: Breakfast was good. I felt for the location and price the hotel should have had more amenities. Such as hand lotion #1. for the price should have had at least a bathtub, spa or pool. No outdoor fire pits on upper deck. Construction accross the street

Cons: Plenty of parking roomy and spacious lobby. Great breakfast and lots of TV’s to watch sports.
