Hampton Inn Los Angeles Orange County Cypress

Would recommend it to anyone going to LA

Pros: Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff from breakfast were so nice and kind. The front desk staff excellent too. Had my DND sign at the door the 2 days and I got a letter and a call to make sure I was getting room service. The location is perfect and it's quiet at night.

Cons: Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Very clean room and bathroom, all bathroom utilities functioned well. Facilities were satisfactory.

Pros: Very good. Sufficient variety. Easy, efficient disposability of used items.

Cons: Water jug empty by coffee urn on ground floor in the evening. ? Availability of water at night.

Great location for Disney

Pros: The room was lovely, had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate at reception which was nice after a long day and coming back late. Staff were friendly, breakfast had a good selection of items and restocked quickly when running low. Handy location, close to shops and Disney. Plenty of parking and pretty quiet as it's set back from the road and is backed by offices so nice a quiet over night.

Cons: The bed was a little too soft for my partner's taste, but it was fine for me. I would like some signs on the hot food items at breakfast to help people with dietary requirements.

Outstanding!

Pros: It was secluded and yet so close to restaurants and stores. Ideal for shopping or picking things up. It was great not having to deal with the tourist parking and no crowds!!

Bon emplacement

Pros: Les chambres sont assez spacieuses,propres, équipées d'un petit frigo,une petite cafetière .Les lits sont confortables. La salle de bain aussi est assez grande et propre. L'hôtel est très bien placé avec des commerces proches. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible.

Cons: L'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas très bonne. On entend très bien la tv des voisins et tous leurs déplacements . Et les enfants qd ils jouent.

Pros: Very convenient location with target and Starbucks near by. Free breakfast was a plus! Staff was very friendly there was also a small convenience area next to front desk. Free parking

Cons: Rooms were a bit dated

Next time we are in southern California. We will for sure stay at the same hotel.

Pros: The Breakfast was the Best we ever had at any hotel. The breakfast was All Great. The variety was of options were Amazing. The location was perfect.

Beautiful hotel but way too expensive

Pros: It was very nice and off the main road, quiet and had a great breakfast
