The Bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave it. The room was comfortable.

Pros: The Breakfast that was included was great - loved the fresh eggs and ham and variety of choices. The bed was super comfortable and we got restful sleep! Our stay did not disappoint. Thank you

Cons: i did not like that i had to pay $3 out of my pocket for a bottle of water. there should have been 2 waters in the fridge as a courtesy. We could not leave the sliding door open due to loud planes overhead in the area. The bathroom floor had several long black hairs that were missed in the cleaning because it was definitely not ours. otherwise the room cleanliness was good.

Wonderful!!!

Pros: The best thing about this hotel was the room was very spacious and clean. All the bowls and utensils were very clean. There was a shower booth instead of tub and it was very spacious, too. The hotel was located in the heart of O.C, so we were able to had many kinds of ethnic foods. The pool area had lots of sittings which enabled us to a good time with our friends who visited us there. Checkout was 12 and this gave us enough time to excercise in the morning before we left.

Pros: the suite room was nice, it was like a condo unit, everything you need was there except for there should be more thrash cans, I have to improvise a thrash can and place it in the bedroom, the vent or exhaust air pointed towards our faces while in bed, needed to turn AC off, the shutters on the exhaust or vent are not movable or adjustable, probably a safety issue that’s why it should not be moved or closed, staff gave 2 diff infos regarding early check in, one said 230pm the other one said 2pm, we came back for the early check in at 2pm then same staff said they can’t accommodate us at 2 pm as their houskeeper is slow bec she’s old that’s why room is not ready, we checked in at 230 pm as mentioned by another staff. We were still thankful for the nice room we stayed in. We will probably comeback again.

Pros: Very near to where we needed to go, quiet, clean, comfortable, good hot breakfast, comfortable bed, long ways to walk from elevator to room and vice versa, no door hanger Do Not Disturb
