Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Arcadia

Pros: Located in Arcadia, about 10 minutes walk from a metro station, but has a big parking lot which you can use for free. Excellent location, shops nearby and generally a safe, calm, nice area. Room was okay, a bit outdated (A/C is very old and noisy, bathtub is very oldschool, window is an old metal one with minimal soundproofing), but everything was working well, was generally clean and bed was really comfy. The inside of the hotel is quiet, not much noise during the night from the corridor. Breakfast was great as always in a Hampton. Really enjoyed the signature waffle and the cheesy omelette. Could use some vegetables but maybe the lack of veggies is a US thing? The coffee, tea and hot chocolate station was good too, and it is available until the night, which is great!

Cons: Bit outdated room with old and noisy A/C, not soundproofed window and oldschool bathtub with not so effective shower.

Pros: Clean and tidy. Good location to amenities and public transport.

Cons: Staff were a little bit unwelcoming but helpful when asked.

Comfortable hotel

Pros: Great hotel, with great commodities and the personnel was also very nice.

Pros: Room spacious, comfy, clean, quiet. Very close to lots of restaurants.

Cons: bit of a walk to any shops - inconvenient if you are on foot. Breakfast was okay - lots of food available but nothing special.

Cons: Breakfast as usual all dishes for trash. at least more paper than plastic. Knives not usable for fruit. Breakfast comes with egg pie and varying sausage, no cheese or vegetables. Seats in the breakfast room are worn out, at least some need urgent refurbishment. The area is a bit remote, next supermarket 20min walking distance.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Hampton Inn. We will definitely consider coming here again in the future

Pros: Overall, we had a great experience at the Hampton Inn - service was great, the staff were friendly and provided us with thorough info, and facilities were a plus as well (fitness centre, pool, etc.). The room was very comfortable - bed was nice and bathroom was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good as well - it had great variety and everything was delicious.

Cons: Just be weary that the walls are quite thin - so just be cautious in terms of noise in the late evening.

Pros: Breakfast was nice, however you shouldn't be there at last minute (not a lot left ;))

Good stay there

Pros: almost all was good including the breakfast and room cleaness, etc. keep it up.

Cons: Swimming pool got dirty and was not available because of the palm tree pruning service on the 2nd day during our stay.

Pros: Breakfast was good but there was missing lots of food. They had a full room of bananas in boxes and when I asked the person working in the breakfast room they said they had no more. I spoke to manager of Breakfast room, and told him that you have a full box of bananas in the stock room as the door was left opened. It took several minutes to make a decision to give me the bananas. They said they have a quota of bananas on a daily which I found to be not fair.

Cons: My son is afraid of dogs and I did not find correct that the dogs were with the owner in the breakfast room where all the food is. My son had to wait for the dog to leave the breakfast room. You should have a rule for dogs not to enter the food breakfast room .
