House on The Beach

It was Percy and allowed us to make fantastic memories as a family.

Pros: What a fantastic location and perfectly described. It literally is a house on the beach! I couldnt have wished for a better location.

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Amazing location - directly on the beach within in easy walkingg distance of places to eat and drink

Pros: Excellent location. Very clean and tidy and comfortable. Parking included.

Cons: Nothing springs to mind except we couldn’t get the washing machine to work - the program would not accept any of our payment cards and the connected app would not allow us to register. We had to find another laundrette.

Pros: we loved the location and also to wake up next to the beach was amazing we would definitely stay here again

Cons: the house was a bit cold and it was a bit difficult to get the heaters to work properly, however once we figured it out then it was super nice

Pros: The location was amazing - right on the beach! Super cosy little room with everything we needed. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Great spot literally on the beach

Pros: Great location, yes you may not have the rear garden depending on the flat you book but it is less than a minute to beachside. Facilities exactly what we needed for our stay, it's LA, I didn't plan to be in my room often. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, garage was good.

Cons: Could be a bit more modern and renovated but perfectly acceptable for the price and location.

Excellent spot to stay. Felt safe, comfortable and location 10/10.

Pros: Outstanding location. Secure garage for your vehicle. Host sends you tube videos to show you how to access the property. This was awesome.

Cons: Only issue was previous person staying unlogged the TV from Netflix and Hulu so we were unable to access this. Nor was it fixed during our stay.

Fantastic stay right on Venice Beach

Pros: We stayed in apartment 3 After the initial few messages from the owner, about 2 days before we got sent instructions and a pre recorded video. It was great communication and fantastic instructions. The apartment was as described. Nice first floor apartment with steps and a garage for the car. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Nice bed and ensuite, rooms were nicely decorated and it felt secure in the apartment. The location was fantastic for the beach, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset on the last night. The apartment had all we needed. Nice size fridge. Some nice food places about 200 yards away.

Cons: Being hyper critical. As someone mentions there isn’t really a window, although this wasn’t too much of a concern for us. We did hear some noise one night, from the outside although it was a weekend night and was more I think local kids being a bit boisterous.

For a beach vacation, unbelievable value.

Pros: Location is premium. You can be in the water in a couple of minutes. Coffee maker wasn't working on the first day, but after contacting the host, they replaced it. Everything was fairly clean.

Cons: Power went out early in the day using the hair dryer in the bathroom. You hear a lot of noises from neighboring walls, and although it's a residential district, noisy pedestrians can be easily heard.
