Pleasant, great location.

Pros: Very nice, but not particularly luxurious or fancy.

Cons: “Park view” from lower levels just means a view of the front courtyard. Pool is small and a bit ordinary.

A great short walk to Disney!

Pros: Absolutely fantastic stay, with great proximity to Disneyland. The team were very helpful when there were night works on the highway with drilling at 10pm outside our window by the city. The team actually moved us to another room and let us keep our items in our original room to save moving them given our check out the next day.

Cons: The “resort view” was from Level 2 virtually the ground level and the photos on Booking.com convey a floor much higher up which is why we booked this hotel. See reality of my picture. I would suggest the hotel work with Booking.com to update the description more specifically to semi view of California Adventure Park not Disneyland so guests don’t arrive with a greater expectations.

Amazing hotel with all the amenities and it’s new

Pros: Brand new, clean, fresh, great room size. Friendly staff, easy room service. Best hotel we have stayed at yet. Easy 1.2km walk to Downtown Disney with access to parks. Clean customer laundry. Fast wifi.

Cons: Booked a room with view of the parks but were given one facing the pool. Yeah not much we can complain about…

Beautiful property

Pros: Beautiful facilities, comfy bed, amazing pool & spa with drinks service, great room service menu

Cons: I left my expensive swim suit in my room and lost property said they couldn’t find it.

Nice hotel if you want stay close to disney

Pros: Rooms are very comfortable Clean and tidy Walking distance to disney park

Cons: Breakfast was very basic We came family of 3 with 15 years old daughter Room was booked and included breakfast, but hotel charged me $33 as said that breakfast that coming with room is for 2 adults and 2 kids up to age 12 I complained and explained it doesn’t make any sense. But they still didn’t change their minds. So last morning only 2 of us went for breakfast Really strange and not acceptable policy As minimum on the booking it should show that breakfast not covers all family members

Amazing Hotel

Pros: Everything , this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at all over the world. Staff are amazing and they were very obliging with a late check out. I will definitely be back
