Pros: Location was excellent. Walk ability to Disney and Downtown Disney. Very pleasant walk and is pedestrian friendly

Cons: I disliked the fact that they were charging for water. A single bottle was $5 bucks.

Happy Customer and enjoyed the close proximation of the Convention Center.

Pros: Only stayed one night. Location fantastic if you have a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. Was in room for a quick night so was not able to enjoy much time using the facilities. Wish I had more time.

Great Stay (with a few Hiccups)

Pros: We had a nice stay at the Hilton Anaheim. We much enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks in the hotel, the spacious and clean room with an incredibly comfortable bed, and the perfect location near Disneyland! The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing.

Cons: While our stay had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. The hotel was quite pricey, and the first room we were given had issues with the water and flush. Although the staff resolved it quickly, they initially tried to downgrade us before finding an equivalent room. Additionally, much of the hotel is under construction at the moment, and we were woken up by noise most mornings. Thankfully, we received a credit toward our booking as compensation, which helped offset the inconvenience.

Pros: We upgraded our room and was on the newly renovated 14th floor

Cons: Didn’t enjoy the renovations as they are halfway through upgrading the facilities. It was quite noisy during the day when trying to rest and we had an issue with no water on the last day..

Great Hotel amd Staff. Heavily rely on busses for parks

Pros: Pleasant hotel really helpful and friendly staff. Clean. Didn’t use many of the facilities as was at parks all day.

Cons: Bus ART 5 - was ok but but not as regular as would like. However, would not stay here if no bus available to parks .

Pros: Really good location if you are travelling to go to Disneyland or the convention centre. The pool area was great too to relax after a long day and good value for money

This place was really nice with a lot of things to do inside the hotel and it was a short walk

Pros: The room was excellent with a really nice view and clean amenities. The bed was very comfortable with a good amount of pillows. The location was outstanding because we went to Disneyland but also needed to be at the convention center

Pros: Very clean and staff was awesome. Also loved I was able to order food in the hotel

Cons: My only complaint is the shower water pressure. I have long thick hair and couldn’t rinse my hair very well because the water came out at a trickle.

Pros: Within walking distance of Disney, beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The pool was warm in December so we even managed a swim.

Cons: Corridors to the rooms could do with a freshen up
