Perfect 5⭐ Hostel! Safe pickup at night as a solo female traveler + great location

Pros: I would like to say a big thank you for taking such good care of me, especially as a solo female traveler visiting the US for the first time. The receptionist even came to pick me up at night from the Union Station bus terminal in LA — that was incredibly kind and made me feel so safe. I happily give 5 stars for everything! The hostel provided everything I needed. Of course, it’s not a 5-star hotel with luxury services or facilities, but for the price I paid, it far exceeded my expectations. Location: Just a 5-minute walk from the hostel to bus stop number 33, from where you can take a direct bus to Santa Monica. From there, it’s easy to connect by bus or metro to anywhere in LA. Thank you again for the wonderful experience, and I wish you all the best with the business!

Pros: El baño estaba dentro de la habitación, lo cual fue muy cómodo. Tanto la puerta principal como la del cuarto pedían código para entrar, lo que lo hace muy seguro.

Cons: La dirección no coincide con la real, tardaban en contestar el teléfono para saber la dirección real. El lugar tampoco tiene un letrero para saber que es un hotel.
