Exceptional experience with clear expectations.

Pros: The location was fantastic for walking to the Rose Parade, coffee/tea shops and meals. Our host was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. Expectations were set with sharing a bathroom which ended-up never being an issue whenever I wanted it. There were 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms. My room was very quiet. The kitchen space had dishes, utensils, pans, stovetop, dishwasher, instant hot water and cold water dispensers, a small refrigerator, and all you could want including tea and coffee. Bathrooms are large and stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner and paper products. The property is clean. I felt safe. The value was exceptional.

Cons: Expectations were clear and there wasn't anything that I was unsatisfied with. All was good.

This was a great place to stay for the expo we were attending.

Pros: The kitchenette had what we needed to make meals for the day. The location was also close to Ralph's grocery store, so we went there to get some food for our stay. We had a mini fridge to put out things in.

Cons: I think it might be time to update some of the knives in the knife block. Some are starting to lose their edge.
