Very nice and convenient for visiting LA

Pros: Very friendly and comfortable. Very convenient location for visiting Downtown LA by public transport. Cheap overnight parking in the street.

Pros: This place was perfect. It's in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood but it's also very close to the main high street and just a short drive to Pasadena. The hosts were brilliant, breakfast was great and the house was very comfy, clean and homely. I'd love to come back and stay again.

Pretty place in Pasadena

Pros: Spacious suite in lovely historic neighborhood. Rooms were nicely decorated and well-equipped. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Beautiful craftsman style.

Pros: The place is VERY neat, tidy, clean, and well organized. The hosts are exceptionally gracious. I'd give it more than two thumbs-up if I only had more thumbs.

Lovely and Safe Accommodation

Pros: What a gem! The neighborhood is stunning and harkens back to the days of large patios to enjoy neighbors, clean yards and feelings of safety. The check-in was autonomous and easy, though it was hard to tell if anyone else was in the home or not. Lin was quick and responsive via text, which settled us easier. The bed was comfortable and warm, just what we needed after a 9 hour road trip. The bathroom and bedroom are spotless and beautifully designed. Truly, it almost feels like USA circa 2000 when quality and price actually matched. How refreshing, and says a lot about the quality of character of the owners. We will definitely return on our next trip to and through Pasadena! The only suggestion is to remove the B&B aspect from the website because the breakfast is no longer an option. Lin and Andy, bless you both!
