We came middle of September, may be it’s considered high season in LA, but I still find the accommodation quite overpric

Pros: Safe and quiet location, can only be noisy sometimes due to the basketball field just behind the house.

Cons: The bed is okay for 1 person but for 2 it’s not spacious. And the mattress is so soft you both are falling in the middle of the bed. You may have a back pain if you are not used to sleeping on such soft bed. The room itself was clean but the kitchen is lacking the cleaning.

Amazing location with Metro Station closeby

Pros: Very nice and spacy room with a private bathroom. Additionally, amazing location as the metro going directly to Santa Monica is less than 15mins away by foot. Bonus is the super cute cat that awaits you during your stay. Small supermarkets (like 7-Eleven) also only few minutes away by foot. Host was very caring and nice.

Pros: It’s an amazing place that had everything we needed. Location was perfect. The kitty included is the most adorable one we’ve ever met.

Everything was fine, I would definitely come again

Pros: The accommodation was very clean, Emily was really nice and helpful, I felt very welcome, the bed was comfortable, the living area very cozy and I would definitely book here again. The area was quiet and safe, the train was only a few minutes walk away so it was very well connected and I already miss the cat Elsy!

Pros: The location is really good, close to public transport and restaurants. The area is safe and quiet. Emily is a great host and she makes you feel welcomed. I highly recommend staying with her.

Pros: Convenient parking space just in front, nice host, nice area and very near to everything we needed. Room was clean.
