Pros: The location was amazing, the room was so spacious and the bed was clean :)

Cons: I missed the communal area as I do love the company every now & then :)

Pros: Location was ok. The host sent me all instructions to enter the room and fornparking my car. Nice wooden details. Bathroom and little kitchenette was clean.

Cons: I had the feeling that I should not make any sound even around 7 , 8 pm. Too many warnings in the bathroom and in the room about cleaning and noise. Also when you step you foot on the floor there is sound! I like the building but I didn't feel comfortable with the thoughts of disturbing others. I saw the host at the Las minute while I was leaving. I realized that they live downstairs. It would be nice if they can be available while check-in on proper times.

Would highly recommend! A lovely place for a stay in Santa Monica

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host is very friendly and the property is situated in an excellent location, close to shops, public transport and beaches.

Cons: The kitchen sink got a bit clogged up during our stay and the washing machine doesn’t spin but other than that, everything was great!
