Nice spot with a nice location.

Pros: Newly remodeled interior, bathroom was exceptional and the location is nice. Garage a plus.

Cons: Some of the features didnt work like the remotes for most of the tvs, the back area had some unfinished areas with nails sticking out that were a walking hazard. There were a couple dishes left in random spots from a guest prior or someone staying there. The trash was half full in the bathroom. The tv in the bathroom had no remote to work it. Interior was barely decorated looked like it was newly finished with remodel.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. Shanda was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out easy. I especially appreciated the jacuzzi, and the backyard! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect apartment for your stay near DTLA.

Pros: very convenient location, super clean and quiet at night! We went to a festival in Los Angeles Historic park and we could walk home! Great view of downtown LA from the patio.

Cons: fire pits outside had no gas
