Pros: Open space and easy to relax. Modern kitchen. Backyard was roomy with additional seating . Beach towels for the pool and spa. Comfortable space.

Cons: There was 4 of us who are pool professionals and CPOs. We understand the importance of maintaining health water for the pool and spa. I would recommend the owner drain the spa every month or 2 weeks depending on rentals. The spa was not balanced and we could tell it needed to be drained. We used some chemicals that were there and some we got to \
