Urban Oasis in the Heart of LA Near USC & Major Attractions

Pros: The room was prepared for check-in. The room itself was clean and smelled nice. Convenient check-in and check-out process. It's convenient that there is a shared kitchen.

Cons: Other guests were often noisy at night. Also, the smoke detectors kept going off and waking everyone up. Laundry detergent and toilet paper ran out very quickly -unfortunately, no one monitors this and doesn't restock them promptly. There were also no forks or towels in the kitchen.

Pros: Great value for the money paid, free laundry machine and drier, free parking possible for the whole week on the street

Pros: The opportunity of Interact with people from all over the world. The place is very beautifull

Fair airbnb with shared spaced for a great price

Pros: Worked really well for our stay. Clean. Smooth check in. As in pictures. You get what you pay for - small room in a nice shared airbnb.

Cons: Location was off the map. Neighborhood not the best. Airconditioning super aggressive in the room and super loud when turned off. Can’t regulate separately for different rooms.

Pros: The living room was clean, and the bathroom and bedroom were nice. The property was safe and secure. There were a washing machine and a tumble dryer for guests to use. The property is a 15 min walk away from the nearest metro station.

Cons: A couple of people kept leaving the gate outside open. Some of the guests kept leaving their dirty dishes in the sink for other people to clean up. The smoke alarm was faulty, it was hanging from the ceiling.

Excellent base for exploring LA. Parking can be a bit hit and miss.

Pros: Nice communal area, with comfy sofa, large TV and a kitchen with everything you need to make it a home from home.

Cons: The fridge had lots of mouldy food left over from previous tenants. This was resolved very quickly by staff, but maybe a regular check needs to be carried out. The dishwasher also had mouldy plates etc in it.

Pros: The property was great and staff were very friendly and responsive. The private toilet was a very good bonus!

Cons: There were many units cramped close to one another with thin walls and the bed was, I believe, a sofa bed with a thin mattress and the only ventilation option was opening the window right above our bed.

Amazing place in Los Angeles close to USC, the perfect combination of privacy and community!

Pros: Great place in West Adams to stay when you're in LA - close to USC, K-Town, Downtown, in a quiet residential area but close to stores and USC Village, bus stops and metro. I loved that you have your privacy (bedroom + bath) but share the kitchen with others so you can make tea, have a meal and chat with people from all over the world. I would definitely recommend this place and book again in the future!

Best place to stay with friends and family

Pros: Outstanding host with exceptional communication! When our Uber driver took us to the wrong address (Street vs Place), the host immediately responded to our messages and guided us to the correct location to ensure we arrived safely. The place itself was immaculate - every facility was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic experience. The host's attentiveness and willingness to help really made our stay special. Highly recommend!
