Good apartment

Pros: Good new apartment. Location is okey, but car is recommended. Kitchen area contains all you need.

Cons: Bed should be fixed, makes a lot of noise. Thin walls

Great facility on budget

Pros: It's a good facility for a short n long stay. The kitchen facility as well as laundry is there too. Hard time finding it first time since Google maps location is one street away from where it actually located. Use the address to reach the facility instead.

Pros: me gusto la habitacion, era pequeña pero muy limpia y comoda, el vecindario muy calmado. la anfitriona te facilita la llegada, muy amable y atenta

Cons: el vecindario a pesar de que era muy calmado, se pone muy oscuro por las noches, le falta iluminacion a las calles. la habitacion esta en el ultimo piso, era cansado el subir tantas escaleras al final del dia, pero no hubo problema por eso

A gem in Los Angeles.

Pros: And excellent value for a very nice stay. The room was spotless, and very large. The bed was very comfortable and the private bathroom was great. The communal areas were clean, lots of plates and cups and bowls in the cupboards, as well as pots and pans available. It was super nice to have the washer and dryer ( with detergent) available to use. Excellent stay!

Cons: Le sol étaient assez salle et certains équipements aussi, alors ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement mais cela arrive lors du partage d’espace commun.

Pros: El precio-calidad por lo que pagas esta muy bien, tienes una habitación amplia y segura ya que todos los accesos se manejan por código, es una habitación con baño privado y compartes la cocina y estancia en el segundo piso Acceso rápido al sistema de autobuses y a 10 min caminando la linea del metro que lleva a Santa Mónica

Cons: No hay mucho que hacer por la zona, salvo el ir a pasear por la USC y el Expo Park de día. Es dificil encontrar donde aparcar el vehículo ya que hay muchas personas viviendo en esa zona.

Pros: Almost everything.The room and bathroom was super clean , common places are very new and fresh painted. All furniture were new and the kitchen was well equipped. The entry was super easy, and neighbourhood was relative safe and quiet. I have read on here parking could be a little bit hard , but have found always park spot very easily. Also the price/location balance is amazing . Communication with the host are super easy and they answer immediatly.if you have a car , super room to stay. If we go to LA again we will definitely stay here.

Cons: I read that there was air conditioning in the rooms and I specifically asked about it via message, but unfortunately there was no air conditioning. There was something like a ventilation system and it worked automatically in some situations and it never worked while we were there. Other than that, everything was great.

Pros: Sophia’s rooms are clean, cozy, and truly make you feel like home. All amenities worked perfectly, and the location was very convenient. There’s even a small electric broom to tidy up your room with, which is SO helpful when you’re staying longer. We’ve stayed here a few times already - it’s that good!

Cons: Some guests just assume whatever’s in the cabinets and the fridge is up for grabs. Perhaps labeling the cabinet spaces by room numbers would help with that.
